Alex,
Thanks for sharing the story with the group. The main purpose of writing the repair book was to share what I have learned in hopes of helping others. Just one success story like that was worth all the work I put into it. I am thrilled! Please let me know if you ever need any help, although it doesn't look like you're going to need it.

BATTERY POWERED BARTENDER

Postby alexdelrio45 » Tue Nov 10, 2009 2:42 am

Hi, this is Alex and I would like to share a situation that happened to me at work the other day. I have a good friend that works near my dept. The other day he brought to work a Battery Powered Bartender that a family member recently gave him. It didn't work at all and the battery compartment was not in good shape. He ask me if I could fix it. I told him I'll try. When I got home I turned on my computer and went to my ' BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED ' repair book. I read and followed Robert's instructions step by step. There was some loose wires which I resoldered and cleaned the battery compartment. I all so put a few drops of smoke fluid in the smoking generator. I then followed Robert's instructions on how to reassemble the toy. I put new batteries in the toy and it worked!!! The Bartender was working!!! The next day when i saw my friend I told him to turn it on and he was shocked!!! He was jumping up and down!! He couldn't believe it! Thanks again Robert,
Alex
