Grandpa's Toys on American Pickers!!!
I have now had the pleasure of having my toy videos appear on three separate episodes of American Pickers. On Monday February 11 at 9:00 EST on the HIstory Channel, my video of GI Joe and the K-9 Pups was shown. If you missed it, it can still be seen on re-runs.
Other toy videos I have contributed to the show can still be be seen on re-runs. They include a Charlie Weaver on Episode 71, and a Cragstan Antique Shaking Car on Episode 80.

Latest Project Underway!
Well, it appears I cannot sit idle for very long. The new publication I have started and will be completed in the near future is titled "Project Charlie - A Complete Repair Guide for the "Charlie Weaver " Battery Powered Bartender". Why this guide when there is already a Charlie Weaver Tutorial in my "Batteries Not Included" Repair Guide? Because this guide will be an extended and more in-depth version of the tutorial. I will keep you posted on its progress and will answer any questions you may have about it. Thanks, Grandpa

Repair Tip of the Month!
Submitted by llgall05:
Remove glued clothing easy
I use a steamer to soften the glue on the fabric, to remove the clothes on toys. No more using a knife and cutting fabric. Some of the steamers are pricey, but worth it not to ruin the clothes. Just heat it up and peel it apart.
If you know a repair tip please share it with us under "Battery Toy Repair". It could help others and may also be featured here as the "Tip of the Month".

Exchange Links
If you have a website most likely you would like to increase the number of hits it is getting. One of the best ways is to exchange links with people that have similar websites. That is commonly known. What is lesser known is that the more links you have on your website the more likely it is to show up when someone does a search on Google. Here you can let others know if you would like to exchange links.
